This site was designed to
help those involved in the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and to promote Knowledge Solutions,
a training and consulting company. It contains source documents to assist
in completing accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, as well documents,
forms and tools to
support the various MDS products, specifically Resident Assessment
Protocols (RAPs), Care Plans, Resource Utilization Groups (RUGs), Quality Measures (QMs)
and the QI/QMs.
